Caribbean Paintings
I’ve been painting the Caribbean, mainly Barbados, for a quarter of a century. It’s always been my objective not to paint, perhaps, what actually is, but what you experience when first you step onto a beautiful tropical beach: ‘Retouching the sensory experience’ as Dr. Marsha Pearce explained my work in ‘Travel, Tourism, and Art’.
